"Name Your Own Price" Music Licensing Plan

To help YOU obtain the best value in music licensing, Mark of the Clark, Inc. announces a new licensing program where you set the license fee you determine best suits the needs for your business. With this new approach, the license you choose to pay is based on your own determination of how much music you use, the number of tracks you find useful, and the cost of the music license verses the amount of value the music adds to your creations.

• Example #1: If you do a lot of production work and beleive the music will be used extensively, and the music adds considerable value to your work, then choosing a higher license fee would be appropriate.
   
• Example #2: If on the other hand, you use music sparingly, perhaps create productions as a part time side line business, and/or feel you will only use a few tracks from the package, then choosing a lower license fee would be appropriate.
   
• Example #3: Most licensors will fall somewhere inbetween, thus a license fee somewhere in the middle would be appropriate.

In any case, please be sure to read the music license agreement PRIOR to ordering to insure the usage allowances included in the basic license will meet your needs.

What if I need more rights than what the music license agreement allows?

If you need a more robust license, such as world-wide broadcast rights, or unlimited reproduction rights, or other use not covered in the basic license, please use the Contact Form and we will work with you on a license tailored to your needs.
